Reps before range

Range is not something you choose. It's the residue of reps you already put in.

The temptation is to chase variety before you've earned it — new methods, new tools, new plans, anything but the boring repetition that actually builds capacity. But breadth is downstream of depth. Small reps become range. Decide once, then repeat until the decision is a reflex.

The signed edition on your wall is the same idea in object form: one standard, held long enough that it becomes who you are. Consistency isn't the unglamorous cousin of talent. It is the talent.
