Returns and Refunds
Every MNFSTO piece is printed to order for you specifically. Nothing is pulled from stock and nothing is resold. That shapes this policy, and we would rather say it plainly at the top than bury it further down.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Because each piece is produced individually after purchase, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, a size you decided against, a frame option you would rather have chosen, or a colour that reads differently on your wall than it did on your screen. Please check the dimensions and the frame option before ordering — every size is listed in full on each product page.
If something arrives wrong, we fix it.
This is the part that matters, and it is not conditional. If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is simply not what you ordered, we replace it at no cost to you. If you would rather have your money back than a replacement, we refund you in full.
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and of the packaging. You do not need to ship anything back to us.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 15 days after dispatch, we treat the order as lost and reprint it at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts, which is generally within 24 hours of ordering. Write to us as soon as possible. Once printing has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Digital files
Digital downloads cannot be returned once the file has been delivered, so they are non-refundable. If a file is corrupted or will not open, we replace it.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. How long it then takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank, not by us. Where the fault is ours, any shipping you paid is refunded too.
European Union
If you are ordering from the European Union, note that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised, which is the case for every made-to-order piece sold here. Where it does apply to your order, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery by writing to us; return shipping would be at your cost.
Contact
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
